Joe Saade
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Joe Saade is chief executive officer and chairman of the board of eSharing Corporation. Joe’s career spans more than 25 years of international experience holding positions in executive leadership, operations, manufacturing, consulting, project management, business development, and sales with telecommunications, information technology, and engineering companies. Prior to joining eSharing in September 2011, Joe was general manager of Transtrum Corporation, a global telecommunication services and solutions provider with operations in Lebanon, France, and the United States. Prior to this responsibility, Joe was general manager of TerraNet, one of Lebanon’s largest internet service providers (ISP).

Joe holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lowell (Lowell, Massachusetts) and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University (Boston, Massachusetts). Joe is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Rafic Hage
Executive Vice President, Products and Services

Rafic Hage is executive vice president of products and services at eSharing. He leads the company’s product development and professional services organizations. Prior to eSharing, he helped in establishing Kyube as an IT startup, securing venture funding, and establishing its global presence in the Americas, Canada, United Arab Emirates, and Japan.

Rafic established academic links to promote the company’s proprietary technology and generate research papers on the technology’s innovative concepts. He also led development efforts for executive dashboards and portlets; testing tools for verifying object validity and conformity to standards and requirements; intranet development; distance learning tools; content management solutions; calendaring, contact and task management; profile and membership management; document management; project management; customer relationship management (CRM); and analytics and reporting tools. He also conducted research on IP Data Casting (IPDC) content services, Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) infrastructures, Letter Recognition using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accurately classify unseen letter cases, Security Vulnerability Analysis of the RSA encryption algorithm using parallelized mathematical procedures. He also co-authored patents and different academic publications.

Rafic holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science (American University of Beirut). He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Sara Wehbi
Manager, Business Consulting Services

Sara Wehbi is manager of Business Consulting Services at eSharing. Before joining eSharing, Sara worked as a software engineer at Netways, a provider of Information Technology (IT) business solutions. Sara led design and development efforts for implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for local and international firms in both the private and public sectors. Moreover, Sara worked on designing and implementing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) solutions, in addition to designing and implementing Web applications using .NET technologies.

Sara holds a B.S. in Engineering and an M.S. in Telecommunications from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Engineering. She is also a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics. She is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Elie Nasrallah     
Manager, IT Solutions

Elie Nasrallah is eSharing’s IT Solutions Manager. Elie is an information technology professional and consultant with more than 8 years of diverse experience in the fields of infrastructure development, systems and networks design and administration.

Before joining the eSharing team, Elie worked as IT Support Engineer at Alfa Telecommunications, one of Lebanon’s largest mobile wireless telecommunications providers. He was a project leader for software deployment and upgrades, and he was responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s internal servers. Elie also conducted feasibility studies, designs, and tests on the IT infrastructure. Elie has considerable experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), as well as the design of Active Directory (AD), firewalls, and network security.

Elie is a telecommunications engineer with a B.S. in Engineering and an M.S. in Telecommunications from the Lebanese University (Roumieh, Lebanon). He is also a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and a Microsoft Systems Certified Engineer (MCSE) in Messaging. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
