Operations Manager, UPS & Power Systems

Location: Lebanon

JOB DEFINITION

Role and responsibilities include:

• Contributing to departmental strategic planning
• Interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating personnel or make related recommendations
• Contributing to the development of the department through career path planning
• Developing productive relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, owners, architects, suppliers, and trade personnel
• Planning effectively by forecasting the need for equipment, materials, personnel, revenue, and job costs for all phases of operations
• Maintaining control of all inventory by enforcing procedures and by providing final approvals on all orders for material
• Assisting in the development of departmental budgets
• Managing revenue, expenses and cash management for operations department
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, resellers, and end customers
• Other duties may be assigned

• Must possess high energy level
• B.S. or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Must be bilingual (Arabic/English or Arabic/French)

Desired Skills, Knowledge And Experience

The following requirements are a plus:

• 5+ years related work experience required
• 2+ years leadership experience required
• Adequate knowledge of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems
• Clear understanding of Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin and Cash Management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent leadership skills
