Business Development Manager, Professional Services

Territory: Lebanon and Gulf Countries

JOB DEFINITION

Role and responsibilities include:

  • Research, contact, qualify, prepare, develop, and generate new business opportunities
  • Present turnkey solutions to acquire new businesses
  • Attend trainings and workshops to increase product knowledge
  • Perform price and service reviews of competitor offerings
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and product demonstrations to promote company image and products
  • Work with Company executives to develop target account lists
  • Coordinate and lead sales efforts with other sales resources within the Company
  • Maintain daily contact with potential customers, sales management, and account executives

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The following skills are required:

  • Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling with the ability to capture and close deals while leading the sales process
  • Ability to set targets, design growth plans and hit new business revenue objectives
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to acquire and retain customers in highly competitive markets
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with personal computer productivity software
  • B.S. or M.S. in Sales and Marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Strong creative selling capabilities and high energy level

Desired Skills, Knowledge And Experience

The following requirements are a plus:

  • 5+ years successful Sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the enterprise software business
