JOB DEFINITION

Role and responsibilities include:

• Assigned responsibility for specific corporate clients, and will be the primary enterprise software implementation contact for those clients
• Identify and analyze the customer needs, to fulfill and perform implementations and deliver technical services as required
• Responsible for project management, documenting customer-specific requirements, developing project plans, preparing progress reports, training end users, and making recommendations for improved business consulting engagements
• Identify possible project risks and implement corrective action requests when necessary to ensure project success
• Monitor and resolve issues raised by customer to ensure efficient and effective solutions
• Participate in improving business practices and processes

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The following skills are required:

• B.S. degree in technical or business management field
• Experience in performing application integrations and implementations
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable in managing several projects concurrently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with personal computer productivity software especially Microsoft Project

Desired Skills, Knowledge And Experience

The following requirements are a plus:

• 3+ years in business consulting and/or enterprise software implementation
• Excellent knowledge of the enterprise software business
